Kaitlin Walczak, the owner of K.W. Behavioral Consulting, LLC is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Kaitlin graduated from St. Joseph's University with a degree in Elementary and Special Education accompanied by a certificate in Autism Studies. She holds Elementary and Special Education teaching certificates in both the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, Kaitlin graduated from Rider University with a master's degree in Applied Psychology focusing on Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Kaitlin is devoted to helping those children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or other developmental delays. She has extensive experience working in clinical, school, home, and community settings.

Our programming consists of evidence-based practices and is individualized to meet the needs of each client so that they can attain meaningful goals.
Our team is highly professional and passionate. All employees are either a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in pursuit of their RBT as an ABA therapist.
Each child's team is assigned a BCBA supervisor. Our clients and therapists are supervised frequently to ensure we maintain high quality services! We love working with our families so our kiddos can attain meaningful goals!
